Shipping charges are added to all orders at the time orders are
placed.
The primary method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS) and
FedEx. If you request RUSH delivery service or to find out about
alternative shipping methods, please email
info@urbanskiwear.com.
Your order may be returned for any reason
within 10 days of receipt. You will be given a complete refund for the
articles you return if the items are damaged or defective at the time of
receipt and we will cover your return shipping costs and issue a
replacement or refund. If an item is undamaged or non-defective the
products returned must be in their original box and in like-new
condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the
